Veronica Valencia is an Interior Designer, Creative Director, Producer, Home Lifestyle Expert, Wife and Mother. She got her start working behind the camera, as the head of design production for some 500+ home makeover shows (in 34 states!) for networks spanning from NETFLIX, HGTV, ABC, NBC, FOX and OWN.  She is Spanish and Native American by heritage and well-traveled by design, with a love for mindful living and timeless pieces.

2021 marks the 8th year of The Design Hunters, a modern day Interior Design, Styling and Creative services company she founded with her husband Kristopher Hughes in 2013, as well as the launch of several product lines with Barn Light Electric, the Veronica Valencia Window Treatment Collection sold exclusively at Select Blinds, her own line of wall décor sold in At Home retail stores nationwide, and a collection of artwork sold exclusively online at Grandin Roads.

Veronica, currently splits her time between Los Angeles and New York , traveling constantly for TV show productions and private clients. Remodelista called her the “Master of Design Transformations" and Australian magazine, Renegade Collective deemed her “Miss. Makeover”.  Her work has been featured in Domaine Home, The New York Times, Architectural Digest, Style Me Pretty, Green Wedding Shoes, Lucky Magazine and more.
